I’m a storyteller, a framework-maker, a brand-builder, and a data nerd. I have proven success scaling teams, negotiating big deals, and crushing targets. My experience spans strategy, marketing, sales, and advertising; agency side and client side; publicly-traded and tech start-up. I have an MBA and an Art degree, and I make a mean sourdough. I lead a talented team of tech marketing professionals at Field Effect - one of Canada’s fastest growing companies. We’re a hyper-growth cybersecurity company that offers a full-stack solution that is affordable for businesses of any size. Before joining Field Effect, I built the Marketing team at Fullscript, a health tech company that is both B2B and B2C, serving doctors and their patients across US & Canada. I was with the company during its formative years, through two major acquisitions and a series B and C. Previous to that, I worked at one of the world’s largest consumer packaged goods companies - AB Inbev. Across multiple roles, I leveraged agency relationships and media partners to deliver ROI-optimized marketing plans for new product launches and iconic brands. I also drank (responsibly) a lot of beer. When I have spare time, I love to talk about strategy, negotiating, communication skills, and brand building - especially with women leaders, new career seekers, and young entrepreneurs. It is very rare that I will say no to a coffee chat, provided you genuinely are not trying to sell me something (BIG respect to sales reps… I just don’t want to waste your time if there’s no clear need.)
