An integral part of a team that successfully launched Zomato Gold in Tier 2 Cities while adding supply end (restaurants) for the program.

Responsibilities include:

* Constantly increase merchant supply by selling them the concept of Zomato Gold.
* Managing client portfolios and help increase user visits to partner restaurants through marketing initiatives.
* Periodic reviews of existing practices across partnered venues to increase efficiency and provide a seamless experience for Gold customers thereby forming the basis for better retention
* Bottomline - Ensure growth in business by increasing supply of merchants, build a loyal customer base and provide the best experience for merchants

Impact & Results:

Launched Zomato Gold in Coimbatore and added more than 50% restaurants from the total supply of restaurants in the city.

Launched Zomato Gold in Surat and was the top performer for adding maximum number of restaurants to the supply in the city.

Amongst top 20 performers in India (out of 120) in a supply competition that took place from Feb’19 until Mar’19.

Recognized for achieving/exceeding targets on a month on month basis

Drove superior restaurant partner experience right from onboarding & deployment to value communication.

Was responsible to train new entrants in the team and building a good workplace environment.
