•	Recruitment and oversight of IT support staff, as well as sourcing and down-selection of business software systems
•	Review of office operations and implementation of technology-assisted lean working practices to reduce cost

The transformation of operations activities to become more technology-led, supported by a highly skilled pool of specialist IT resources, saw the department gain MD recognition for value added to the region.

Management responsibility for production and delivery of high-fidelity corporate events globally. Highlights include:

•  Researched, developed & managed events from conceptualization to realization
•  Secured the endorsement of appropriate government bodies relevant to event theme
