§Understanding the Corporate credit exposures and developing a risk based approach by recommending valuable measures to turn around the client businesses.

§Ensure the asset quality is maintained by applying proper account strategies to grow, maintain or exit based on the risk appetite of the bank, considering the various risk factors.

§Managing/ growing a diversified corporate portfolio and directly involved in credit evaluations of restructuring and rescheduling credit facilities.

§Identifying early warning signals of the portfolio/ updating the senior management and implementing appropriate remedial measures whilst monitoring delinquencies to minimize losses.

§Extensive involvement in conducting daily, weekly, and monthly process studies of the customer businesses to identify /review and discover inefficiencies and assisting in providing solutions.

§Handle recovery clients coordinating with recovery department during the litigation process.

§Train Relationship Managers/ Account Officers on handling special credit accounts and credit recovery process.

§Timely completion of annual review of credit facilities, with detailed analysis of  financials performance / forecasts and various risk categories.
