Great user empathy helps me break down and arrive at the intrinsic needs of users when interacting with digital products which has helped me continuously deliver value for users. Starting out with b2c products in the travel sector, my move to a b2b SaaS product has helped me diversify and has helped build an understanding of how users behave with a product and what motivates them to keep coming back.
