Sheila Grela's Linkedin Analytics

Sheila Grela is a seasoned litigation paralegal who is an Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP) in eDiscovery. Her paralegal certificate, with honors, was from the ABA-approved USD Paralegal program. She was honored by CAPA with the paralegal of the year award in 2021 and with the 2022 Gayle O'Connor GO Spirit Award. Sheila has advanced her paralegal experience by becoming both a Relativity Review Management Specialist (RRMS) and a Certified eDiscovery Specialist (CEDS). Her eDiscovery achievement was acknowledged when she was appointed as a Global Advisory Council participant for EDRM. Sheila is a fierce advocate for the legal community's training, education, mentorship, and professional development. Her most recent adventure is working on the "Virtual Lunch with Leaders" series. This weekly online program, sponsored jointly with SDPA, EDRM, and Practice Aligned Resources, was developed to promote professional development through discussions or presentations by leaders in the legal industry. She volunteers as a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants Continuing Education Committee. In addition, Sheila is an active member of the San Diego Chapter of Women in eDiscovery, where she currently serves as the Program Director.
