Customer Life cycle Management Strategy
•	To conceptualize & articulate the CLM approach for voice and non-voice. Work in close conjunction with the local marketing and CSD teams to ensure that voice and non-voice incremental revenue is delivered by target customers.
•	Working closely with the local to execute the OPCO LCM strategy ,delivering and localizing policy guidelines (DND, no of campaigns per month etc) and localized frameworks (increasing/decreasing usage, segment wise offers) to operate in. 
•	Manage targets & review mechanisms on OPCO U &R performance.
Campaign Management (UNICA)
•	To define and implement the campaign calendar for each of the OPCOs: 
•	Ensuring the monthly CLM calendar milestones are adhered to the OPCOs.
•	Monitor campaigns and drive course correction if need be 
•	Publish campaign wise pre/post analysis and campaign wise ROI
•	Coordinate with  local Network, IT & CSD and UNICA to implement planned campaigns
Develop new U & R lead generation, analytics and programs
•	Drive new revenue segments through analytics and lead generation to ensure achievement of the desired revenue from the base by designing and developing customized programs
•	Launch new schemes for enhanced value proposition, and creation of new revenue streams for the future
•	Launch new loyalty programs to attract higher share of high ARPU subs.
•	Launch Revenue initiatives where the realization of revenue is optimum even if the current consumption is lesser
Campaign Performance analysis & Reporting 
•	Carry out regular Pre and Post trends analysis and identify possible campaign enhancements
•	Ensure the implementation of the relevant performance reports for all products and integrate them into the OPCO and Group reporting process.

Usage and Retention Manger- Voice and non Voice

Implement and ensure that the VAS products are as per the agreed marketing submissions in respect to tariffs, product performance and customer experience
Implement the OPCO product guidelines 
•	Continually review the current product portfolio and ensured that it is in line with market trends and implement changes as per the agreed strategy
•	Prepare price change requests.
•	Plan and monitor daily activities and take remedial action where activities are off target. 
•	Continually come up with new ways of work.
Manage the VAS products’ category lifecycle
•	Identify problem areas/non performing products and generate actions to rectify.
•	Conduct training on Airtel Core products.
•	Manage SMS and USSD aggregators to ensure compliance to internal processes as well regulatory policies.
Monitor VAS products’ performance and flag problem areas
•	Carry out daily revenue trends analysis and identify possible revenue enhancements
•	Produce periodic reports on product performance.
•	Monitor competitor offering  In respect to core products
•	Conduct feedback sessions with internal and external customers on the performance of VAS Products.
Supplier management
•	Test suppliers offering against Airtel Network protocols and recommend preferred products.
•	Follow up on supplier payments.
Work hand in hand with other departments:
•	Procurement, supplier development
•	IT, for product performance information and tariff setting.
•	Commercial team for the launch of new products
•	Customer care to  confirm understanding of new products and address complaints 
•	Finance to ensure focus on ROI at optimal cost

VAS Manager

Support the development of plans and budgets for the Usage and retention section in line with the business objectives
•	Review customer behavior patterns through various parameters to generate insights to increasing revenue. 
•	Participate in developing strategies to maximize growth and revenue and make budgets to support the plans
•	Agree on activities to enhance usage of existing customers and develop key milestones to measure progress
Implement initiatives to grow the local voice revenue bucket to maximise company revenue  
•	Implement activities, initiatives and campaigns to grow minutes of use

•	Update the local voice marketing score card, which analyses all the local drivers to local revenues
•	Actively engage all segments in the development of voice impacting initiatives  

Monitor and track the revenue bucket performance in line with agreed KPI’s 
•	Apply  tools and trackers to report and document performance 
•	Track and monitor the financial impact of new and existing products and the financial performance, including revenue growth
•	Monitor usage pattern of customers using intelligence tools like GIS and BI Attaining month on month Usage and Revenue targets
 Implement loyalty and churn management initiatives and campaigns 
•	Compile data to monitor and track churn and analyse trends 
•	Update the tracker on churn and related initiatives 
•	Implement initiatives to arrest churn and maximise customer life cycle value  
•	Implement customer engagement programs to increase retention of customers.
Support innovation searches and roll out of new products related to this bucket for all segments

Perform test calls to confirm rating of current and new price plans, new products, network component upgrades as required and carry out root-cause analysis of revenue impacting issues relating to call testing.

Formulating product/service test templates for each new product /service, carrying out required tests before launch of products/services, and providing product/service assurance as and when required.

Perform audits for rate plan compliance with promotions, discounts features and other services offered.
Execute any other RA related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

 Developing and dimensioning the numbering plan (Fixed and Mobile) in line with the regulator guidelines and making applications for the various number resources. Numbering plan includes: MSISDN, IMSI, GT, SPC and short codes.
Using the numbering plan to build the B-Number table.
Managing the numbering plan for entire network (Fixed and Mobile)
Design and dimension the core network and services to meet the requirements of the RF nominal plan and subscriber growth for MSC-S, MGW and HLR.

Senior Core Network Planning Engineer

Planned, designed and dimensioned the core network and services to meet the requirements of the RF nominal plan and subscriber growth. Nodes dimensioned included BSC, MSC, HLR and SCP all based on the AXE 810 platform. Gb interface dimensioning also done.
SS7 signaling planning for all above nodes and their interfaces as well as trunk groups.
Monitored all capacity usage of all above nodes using daily statistics. 
Optimized the core network nodes based on the capacity usage monitored from the statistics. Optimization included changing values of various parameters.
Planned trunk group (including A-interface) capacities to meet projected traffic patterns. Hardware dimensioned for above including 
Monitored and analyzed trunk group usage on daily basis using statistics.
Planned upgrades, downgrades as well as load balancing on all trunks based on the capacity usage analysis. 
Developed core network planning procedures in line with the company policies. These included migration, new node and change request procedures.
Engaged in all areas of the core network planning migration from a monolithic switch to the layered architecture solution i.e. MSS planning process.
Planned and designed the network architecture to optimally serve the growth of the core network in terms of traffic and subscriber  growth
Performed analysis, research and design related activities relating to the switch core
Involved in the decision making process relating to the acquisition of new equipment and technology by providing quarterly planning reports as input to Head team in Amsterdam. Reports showed all necessary hardware and software capacity requirements on the core network.
