After excelling as an HR Director at VF, I was promoted to design the company’s newly formed Diversity & Inclusion strategy. My responsibilities included: Developing the corporate mission for attracting globally diverse top talent, ensuring engaged and inclusive workplaces, and enhancing tactics for successfully competing in the global marketplace. I collaborated with executives and HR Business Partners to create organizational commitment and increase awareness of trends and geographic challenges. 
The broad scope of this position gave me the opportunity to oversee global teams located in North, Central, and South America as well as EMEA and APAC.

Within this role, I successfully built cadence and process for global supply chain talent management function consisting of over 30K associates primarily in US, Asia, Mexico, Honduras, Nicaragua and Europe. I was regularly tapped to identify, develop and implement programs to drive improvement in skills, development and retention of staff across the VF organization. I strategically teamed closely with global HR BPs and business leaders to administer solutions that maximized employee development and engagement.

In my role as Senior Director of Learning and Organizational Development for Aramark Refreshment Services (2011-2012), I designed and executed learning applications for over 800 employees in North America. It was critical to regularly collaborate with senior leaders, functional teams and operations to enhance and align current learning with business plans.

From 2007-2011, I was Senior Director, L&D for Aramark’s Business & Industry Group. I specialized in assessing organizational design to determine learning strategies and integration of standards across 3 lines of business for more than 28K employees. I supervised and coached 2 Directors, with indirect leadership responsibility for 35 HR professionals. My team provided organizational development (OD) and change management consulting for new operational and management support.

While serving as Senior Director L&D for the Business Dining division (2006-2007), I directed and determined learning applications for Aramark Business Services, a business unit with over 14K employees domestically. My responsibilities included designing learning strategies flexible for consistent international application.
