• Manages the Support Department. 
• Assesses and evaluates the performance of each staff member, ensuring they perform their specific roles and responsibilities. 
• Responsible for overall customer service and/or agent satisfaction, including handling queries and complaints. 
• Analyzes sales transactions and commission figures. 
• Creates requests for all system developments and/or enhancements. 
• Attends and conducts meetings with the concerned division for issues or matters requiring further discussion and assessment. 
• Coordinates with the Project Management Team regarding any issues or errors that arise. 
• Trains new employees on system processes. 
• Facilitates refresher training for agents, covering process flows, system procedures, rules, and compliance. 
• Prepares all outgoing information, including memorandums, advisories, and other documents. 
• Calls agents and collects necessary documents for any questionable transactions.

• Assist with business partners’ operational and system-related concerns. 
• Investigate questionable transactions. 
• Process necessary adjustments for any discrepancies found in an agent's report. 
• Handle multiple inquiries and concerns from agents via WhatsApp, calls, texts, and emails. 
• Process fund reservations with the Operations Team to support agents' day-to-day operations. 
• Communicate with regional and area managers to address agents' requests, whether for authorization or technical assistance.
