I currently serve within the Data Technology line of business of JPMorgan Chase, one of the world’s leading financial institutions, serving clients worldwide. In my current role, I work closely alongside Software Engineers to ensure Resiliency Testing is conducted to ensure critical services can recover to production-level operations, validate that Resiliency Strategies are current, and verify their ability to continue operations in alternate locations within specified parameters of time. With fifteen of experience working in information technology, financial services, and government affairs, and twenty years of experience living abroad, my expertise is truly global, with a background spanning the Middle East, North America, and Europe, and fluency in several foreign languages, and includes experience across industries, with my experience having harnessed management consulting to position organizations as trusted experts. From supporting the remediation of audit findings to drive organizational compliance, to contributing to the acceleration of modernization efforts to satisfy the needs of clients and communities more effectively, to representing organizational interests before branches of governments on behalf of public policy matters, to leveraging compliance of healthcare regulations to facilitate understanding of evidence-based medical care for both patients and healthcare providers, my multidisciplinary experience has allowed me to remain nimble and thrive in an agile and innovative environment, which requires teams to be able to self-organize from the bottom up, which is why I believe firmly in fostering a collaborative culture that allows people to focus on business results, teamwork and leadership, and strategic relationships, enabling us to foster a common vision. Given my global background, I have substantial experience working across culturally diverse environments. I am highly skilled at developing relationships with people from different nationalities, and elements from other cultures have been assimilated into my life experience, allowing me to not only blend seamlessly into an array of cultures, but also enabling me to foster connection with others from similar backgrounds.
