•Led team to fully operationalized HPE Global Talent Channels organization supporting over 114 program components including hiring tools, resources, and suppliers to complete spin/merge into Micro Focus including establishing partnership for Onboarding and Diversity program with Talent Enablement. 
•Owner for rebranding and relaunch of Micro Focus career (jobs.microfocus.com) and career social media sites redesign (Phenom People) and led team to manage SEO optimization for paid media campaigns on Glassdoor, Indeed, LinkedIn and corporate jobs website to drive candidate pipeline.
•Implemented a new creative platform (Phenom People) to further activate EVP messaging and optimize the candidate experience.

Transformed sales culture from internally-competitive to focus on customer needs and corporate goals.
•	Successfully designed and strategically planned complex LAN/WAN network for enterprise customers.
•	Led technical training of regional sales teams, and served as Subject Matter Expert.
•	 Provided trend reports to marketing for forecasting and worked with contract management to conduct bid/no bid evaluations and bid responses.
