     o	Implemented Processing Quality Initiative, reducing number of “Underwriter Average File Touches” by 25%.
     o	Defined minimum underwriting submission standards.
     o	Designed the “Processing Quality Survey” program.
•	Engineered multiple reports to better identify trends and monitor file quality. 
•	Authored and maintained underwriting guidelines for Conventional and Government lending.
•	Created and managed the Scenario Desk.
•	Established the Pre-Closing Quality Control review process.
