• Performed qualitative coded procedures and quantitative analyses, including descriptive statistics, correlation, ANOVA, and regression analysis.
• The paper has been accepted to the ACM Conference on Computer-Supported Cooperative Work & Social Computing (CSCW’24).

Self-regulated Learning Project
• Studied self-regulated learning in a human-computer interaction setting.
• Administered 10+ online moderated sessions to study the self-regulated learning mechanism supporting multi-method HCI studies.

I also facilitated user-centered research at Gies College of Business:
• Co-authored 2 research case studies in user-centered design (UCD) and experiential learning over the course of 3 months.

As a Senior Design Consultant and Design Lead, I collaborated with a team of creative minds to utilize a human-centered approach and design thinking to solve business problems, resulting in the following impacts:
• Advocated human-centered design by conducting generative research to synthesize user needs into 6 HMWs from over 20 interviews.
• Built a non-profit tutoring service and designed experiences which targeted to accelerate learning for 2M+ students in Illinois.

As a Customer Success Manager, my job is to understand how our customers interact with the SaaS that we have implemented and use this information to improve the product experience. I led cross-functional engineering teams to build IoT products as a technical project manager, executed product management while maintaining positive communication with stakeholders, identified risks, and facilitated conflict resolution to ensure smooth project delivery for business partners.

I designed, conducted, and analyzed quantitative research to measure consumer experience metrics, providing insights into consumer experience, resulting in the following impacts:
• Recruited 240 participants, administered 120 in-person lab sessions, and executed quantitative analyses in 2 months independently. 
• Published 2 conference papers, 1 journal article, and 1 master’s thesis in quant advertising experience research within 24 months. 
• Developed instruments to test concepts, advertising effectiveness, and purchase intention through experiments and online surveys.

In 2017, I received a research grant from NCTU to visit Michigan State University for short-term quantitative consumer research on native ads on Instagram.
• Conducted quantitative research, including survey design via Qualtrics and online experiments. 
• Presented a poster at the 69th International Communication Conference.
