•	Looking after company's strategic projects

•	Portfolio includes multiple accounts across Pakistan, Bangladesh, Western and Central Africa

•	Contributing in leading Project Management operations & in process of establishing the PMO according to PMI standards, being customized for internal operations

•	Setting overall direction & establishing practice standards, project life cycle, tools, templates, monitoring methods and reports. Designed robust procedures, including templates for processes

•	Designed new processes and established new project management reporting standards & tools

•	Preparing Project Plans in liaison with Sponsor & Project Team, ensuring that the plans are in compliance with the deliverable(s) as mentioned in the requirements or scope document
•	As an Acting Team Lead - Leading / Supervising Project Managers and Associate PMs in Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling
•	Estimating Time, Cost & Resources and setting measurable milestones of the Project in liaison with the Team Leads / Functional leads / Project Stakeholders

•	Preparation of periodic project status reports for the Stakeholders (usage of baselines for timelines)

Senior Project Manager

•	Joined TPS Pakistan as one of the initiators of Project Management Office (PMO) at TPS. I was designated as Project Manager and now at designation of Senior Project Manager
•	Accountable for all project related activities during the project initiation, planning, Implementation and closing phases ensuring that the project goals are met and all the requirements are fulfilled
•	Responsible for requirement analysis, managing the project constraints (Scope, Quality, Cost) and development of complete project plans for smooth project delivery and to achieve project objectives
•	Managed and monitored assigned Implementation projects utilizing project plans, identifying required project resources and leading the team assigned to the project implementation
•	Leaded and control the project activities by motivating, mentoring and resolving conflicts of project resources
•	Looked after many national & international projects with multiple vendors exposure

Project Manager

• Being SSE, I was involved in carrying out all the activities required for product development, testing, deployment and in addition assisting seniors in designing of product. 

• These activities will include coding, unit testing, integrated testing, product and ISO documentation, client communication and eventual deployment of the project

• Some Live Projects: 
- Software for capturing each Pakistani data via NADRA Pakistan (NSRC) throughout Pakistan
- Software for capturing data and making NICOP & POC cards for overseas Pakistanis for NADRA Paksitan
- Making an ERP, Garments Information Management System (GIMS), for a local textile industry Rehman & Rehman (R&R)
