I'm a recovering perfectionist. My entire life was focused on being the best, knowing the most, making the best decisions. ➤ 16 years ago, I joined the U.S. Army as a UH-60 Helicopter Mechanic and Crewchief. I was trained by 10th SFG(A) - a Special Forces unit, deployed to the Middle East, always maxed out my PT tests, and was the top student at every course I attended...Awards-up-the-butt, as we say. But there was one issue I couldn't solve by being the best soldier...That was a bad leader. Unfortunately, I saw far more bad leaders than good ones within the 10 years that I served. My life started focusing on others... ➤ 14 years ago I started diving into the leadership development world. I learned what makes others tick, why they reacted poorly, what motivated them, and how to best influence them. ➤ 13 years ago, I started my first business in leadership development coaching & speaking, under direct mentorship of two of Inc. Magazine's Top 50 Leadership Experts in the world. They taught me exactly how they built a coaching business to $3.4 Million/Monthly (no, they aren't famous). I coached multiple Fortune 500 Companies, spoke to elite groups and locations, and made...lots of money. But I wasn't fulfilling my purpose. ➤ 6 years ago, I switched to coaching small business owners and solopreneurs in the art & science of influencing people. I started mastering the online business world and built up passive & recurring revenue within my business. ...Then in 2020, life changed for everyone. Suddenly my clients needed to transition to the online world or die. So, I built my second company.
