Whether leading a webinar, workshop or presiding as the keynote speaker, I bring my extensive experience of transforming the bottom line for nonprofits and government organizations and introduce attendees to a fresh approach and insight using data and measurement to impact social change. For more than 20 years, I have worked alongside foundation, non-profit, and government leaders to help them use data to solve complex social problems. An author, professor, and internationally recognized expert, I believe in data, metrics, and accountability. After a 10 year career in government evaluating the impact of public funding, I founded Measurement Resources Company in 2010. Now a national firm, Measurement Resources increases the capacity of non-profit and government sector organizations through high-performance practices and datadriven insights. In 2018, I launched SureImpact to automate and simplify the process of collecting and sharing outcomes and impact data. SureImpact is rooted in my thought leadership on public sector evaluation and applied organizational research. I'm the author of Impact & Excellence: Data-Driven Strategies for Aligning Mission, Culture, and Performance in Nonprofit and Government Organizations (Jossey Bass, 2014). I am passionate about women’s equity and the advancement of girls. I am a Columbus Chapter Past President of the National Association of Women Business Owners and a Commissioner for the Columbus Women’s Commission for the Mayor’s. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The Ohio State University.
