In 2015, I had a moment of clarity when I connected the dots; I realized how much I enjoyed building things, exploring how behaviors are shaped, and my interest in technology. Now, as a Senior UX Researcher, I create value by connecting together ideas, people, and learnings to end up with innovative solutions. My drive comes from the endless journey of uncovering new insights about people and applying them to design better solutions that enhance lives and foster business growth. Currently, I'm supporting startups in integrating UX Research (UXR) into their organizations. This enables them to make informed decisions with reduced risk by gaining a deeper understanding of their customers. In addition, I teach UXR to new researchers on how to implement UXR in their organizations. Through boot camps and mentorship, I help them develop both their technical and soft skills. I established a UXR practice at Tarabut from the ground up, leading to several successful research projects, including the development of a new product driven by research. I also contributed to Techiematter, a hiring platform, by conducting exploratory research and idea validation sessions. This led to the creation of a product now trusted by over 700 companies worldwide. I have collaborated with many other clients as well, including The Central Bank of Egypt, Ooredoo, Tefal, Damas, Commercial International Bank Egypt, Fawry, and more.
