I had a fixed mindset, I took failures personally and fell into self-doubt. It's tough and filled with more 'no's than 'yes'es. Yet, it showed me how to see failure as a chance to learn, not a personal defeat. Closed doors became opportunities to pivot and grow. Feedback became a tool for improvement, not criticism.
