My most recent project at McKinsey was with the Connected Leaders Academy, designing and building content focused on inclusion and equity.  Throughout my entire experience at McKinsey Academy, I worked on projects as varied as advanced analytics, pricing, and capability building. My responsibilities included liaising with subject matter experts, graphic artists, media teams, and other team members to assess needs, confirm design criteria, build out content, incorporate graphics and video, and build assessments. I also worked with the course development team to finalize course builds in the LMS.

As VP of Product Management at Cognitive Arts, I worked with our university and high school partners to support the design, implementation and distribution of online programs at those institutions; developed and implemented internal distributor qualification criteria; researched and explored new distribution and sales opportunities; presented at conferences for networking and sales purposes; negotiated with universities for distributor approval; trained new distributors in the sales of university products.

As a former instructional designer at McKinsey & Company, I worked on projects ranging from advanced analytics to inclusion and equity, collaborating with subject matter experts, graphic artists, media teams, and course developers. 

I've recently launched a consultancy to support advisory engagements, assess client needs, and implement services and solutions for clients engaged in social impact work. My passion is to empower underserved populations through helping them to tell their stories in order to seek emergency support, improved educational opportunities, or better employment.
