Conducting periodical floor walks, broadcasts, and communications for the volunteer participation • Client engagement: identify programs and engagement opportunities for client participation thereby fostering strong business relationships • Legal compliances: documenting, reporting and creating MOU’s and contracts with partner NGO’s and vendors. • Marketing, communications and public relations: Communicating both verbally and written, everything from the business case to the impact and tailor the message to different audiences and stakeholders • Organizational capabilities: to formulate the CSR strategy, identifying, planning sustainable programs, due-diligence (creating reports to measure the effectiveness of the programs), governance (monitoring and evaluation) and execution (Budget allocation) of all CSR initiatives.
