As an entrepreneur myself (having started a still-thriving business 30+ years ago), and while leading billion-dollar projects for global brands, I have developed extensive experience delivering AI products and solutions. I’ve led global teams over 800 employees having worked in Africa, India, Middle East, Turkey, Europe, Canada, Mexico, Australia and North America.

Overall, my Applied AI solutions cut through the noise and hype of AI while driving business growth and market share. I offer extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&As) and senior leadership roles for banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare, life sciences, telecom, and retail sectors. With a laser focus on people, technology, and the bottom line.

wow, wow, wow - the AI experience architecture (aka EXPERIENCE)  just got a major promotion! 

It is becoming more about the EXPERIENCE and less about the ARCHITECTURE. I am loving this!

1. gpt 5.1 lets you disable reasoning entirely. This changes everything for real-time applications. Now we can control when we want deeper reasoning on or off to decide when we want faster responses or take the performance hit for longer reasoning but, more reasoned content. Super cool for designing a better user experience when you are thinking about performance!

2. Changed caching algorithm, stores content longer, save $$ big time for our clients. since you can cache longer now you dont have to pay the cost of rehitting the model, just load the cache and save big.

THE REAL KICKER - since everyone can use everybody else's platform and developer tools, the only real differentiation in what we are building now is the USER EXPERIENCE and of course your model quality.

This reinforces my theory thst the AI Experience Architect role just got elevated to the top! Whomever says CxD is dead is missing the point here!!! This is all about the experience we build for our users. Great experiences will be used and have ROI for our clients, bad ones, not so much :-)

Very excited about these changes.

This is no longer just a chatbot with lowly "designers" trying to compete in a world that very few understood :-)
