In 2020, after being made redundant during the COVID crisis, I found myself at a crossroads. 

I decided it was time to take control and create something of my own, focusing on what I excel at—winning the attention of hard-to-reach decision-makers at the C-suite level.

With over two decades of experience across global markets such as London, San Francisco, Sydney, and Melbourne, I’ve held various roles, from Account Manager to Managing Director. 

Throughout my career, I noticed a recurring challenge: many businesses struggled to effectively engage top-tier executives, often missing the mark in their outreach.

I asked myself:

I started Untapped as a solo growth consultant. Just a simple vision, lots of grit, and a deep belief that B2B sales and marketing could be done better with human-first strategies, more heart, and way more creativity.

We’re a fully remote, women-led team.
