I am a corporate legal counsel and global business partner who possesses diverse experience in providing legal advice, risk mitigation, and exposure minimization strategies to regional and global organizations. Currently, I am the APAC Head of Legal and Compliance of FUJIFILM Asia Pacific and FUJIFILM Healthcare AP. My industry expertise includes real estate, oil and gas (upstream), energy, TMT, payments/fintech, healthcare and semiconductors, etc. I hold long-term experience in evaluating systems, determining potential legal consequences, and developing and implementing processes, policies, and procedures that protect the commercial and related interests of internal stakeholders, business units, boards of directors, and senior leadership. I am adept at driving business development and performance and equally skilled at directing the legal contract/tender process to fulfill stakeholder interests. I collaborate strategically with teams through innovative negotiations, conflict resolution, and deal-structuring tactics. Additionally, I forge solid relationships with strategic partners and build consensus across multiple organizational levels through strong employee engagement.
