Finally, I am happy to present you one of my absolutley favorite projects, kind of a 'fresh look' on how the future customer journey might look and feel like.
While a lot of companies rushed to announce being 'the first' on AI train we delibaratley chose to take a more subtle and measured approach. A bunch of  extensive internal testing was conducted, we scrutinized both the concept and its execution at various levels. In close collaboration with our partner #JustAskLeyla (formerly #RoamAround), we have developed a unique, user-friendly tool fully branded for SunExpress, aimed at providing an enhanced, AI-driven customer journey meant to inspires traveling and enjoy the destination of travel!

We launched it couple of weeks ago, and continued to work on the it's stability, performance gathering some feedback until today, when it was officially announces on the social media. 

It's only the first iteration, which already can a lot, but what is even more interesting is vision of the future. It is a vision of providing completley fresh perspective on travel experience perception from planning to telling the story to friends and family upon return. 

Our aim is to inspire and empower users to get in control and shape their own customer journey, allowing them to express personal preferences and enabling an AI agent to proactively cater to each passenger's needs. This agent will suggest relevant products and services based on the user's unique preferences and behavioral patterns and modify the eachone personal customer journey. Moreover, it will communicate tailored promotions through various channels at different touchpoints during the whole trip to make the experience more enjoyable.
