I have 16+ years of experience in IT, consulting, governance, and change management, and I am a global customer success expert and a transformation success leader. Previously, I was a director at Salesforce, where I led and up-skilled 15 directors on digital transformation engagements for strategic and large enterprise accounts, impacting $450M in revenues over 3 years. I was also the only sales/success liaison chosen to support 5 regional vice presidents and their sales teams, and the digital transformation success lead for the large enterprise and commercial segments. I have multiple Salesforce certifications and an Oracle background, as well as a master's degree in organizational change from Northwestern University.
