- As a People Leader, I oversee the HR Center of Excellence - Workforce Planning and HR Analytics for Singapore’s West Healthcare NUHS Cluster, encompassing more than ten Hospitals and polyclinics, including expansion, new developments, and Community initiatives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders from various hospitals, Institutions, and Business Units, my team leads Strategic Projects, including a New system implementation to digitize Workforce Planning & Budgeting and Strategic Workforce Planning for long-term workforce forecasting to support new developments and expansion infrastructure in the NUHS Cluster.

- Applied ZeroShot and Weak Supervision NLP techniques to develop and productize a multi-label classification model on AWS Comprehend. The model classifies employee survey comments into 34 predefined topics. Saved $3K per month with the added advantage of being a first-of-a-kind multi-label model in the employee engagement HR tech industry. 
- Developed product metrics reporting ETL scripts in Python saving 6 man-hours reporting time. Mentored an intern in ETL scripting.

- In my role leading Data Science initiatives for the People Organisation Division, I was responsible for applied statistical analysis (ANOVA, KS test, Pearson, etc) and predictive analysis (Pycaret modeling) of civil service people data.
- Analyzed relationships between employee engagement scores with attrition using Pearson correlation & Linear regression techniques. Identified top correlated survey questions to drive improvement for attrition reduction.
- Used LDA and N-gram Term Frequencies to identify themes/problem areas from resigning employee exit interview comments for organizational focus.
- Built a predictive model for employee resignation using various features such as gender, years in current grade, performance rating, salary, etc.

Micron Technology

- Supported People analytics for overall organizational strength of ~40k employees, partnering with COEs Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and Business Partnering by analyzing, automating, and influencing key business decision-making.
- Designed and implemented the first Robotic process automation (RPA) workflow for HR business process automation saving 48 manhours of effort. 
- Automated reporting on global employees’ on-site attendance status using Python during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure adherence to MOH on-site guidance.
- Created and deployed Power BI dashboards for HR Metrics tracking on DEI, Hiring, Headcount, and Attrition statistics.
- Performed gap analysis and market benchmarking to understand job offer withdrawal rates from new college graduates to influence Talent Acquisition strategy. 
- Performed gap analysis to understand and address business actions to improve poorer employee relocation experience for the company's newly expanded footprint in India, benchmarking with global sites. Influenced Global Mobility KPI definitions and reporting. 
- Managed Recruiting Contractors and Relocation Vendors to ensure smooth hiring and relocation experience.
