I am also passionate about coaching and personal development, which led me to establish Coaching Senses, a platform that offers effective job coaching and employment plans for individuals and organizations. I help clients to discover and overcome their personal barriers, set and achieve their goals, and develop their skills and motivation. I leverage my expertise in HR, training, and cognitive behavioral therapy to provide coaching in various areas, such as career transition, leadership, communication, and performance. I have a Master of Science in Genetics from Islamic Azad University, which gives me a unique perspective and insight into the human mind and behavior.
