Managed the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising executive on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.

My role also extended to preparing report and review periodically with team for all activities done under sales process.

Closely worked with Gov institution NSIC and managed the good relationship with major Industrial associations in NCR entrepreneurs ,educating them about  rating benefits and subsidies given by NSIC.

Project handled "changing holiday pattern of urban Indian mobile families" to analyze the gap between the demand of the holiday lover and the service provided by the company.
Did "Market Mapping" to find out the potential future markets of Club Mahindra like malls, clubs, schools, etc.
Worked on lead generation for prospective clients and convert them to the permanent customer of MHRIL and also assisting the sales promotional activities.
