Hi! I'm Shiran :) I manage the online marketing activities of small and medium-sized businesses, taking a holistic perspective. I love learning and I love online marketing. Even though I am what you call a detail-oriented person, I view online marketing as a part of a bigger ecosystem – the company/brand itself. I believe that online marketing should be in line with the company/brand in every aspect. In order to do that, online marketers need to understand the company's/brand's business plan, values, vision, costumer journey, product(s) and so on. It doesn't mean that I aspire to learn how to code, or manage the company's finance department, it just means that I aspire to be familiar with all the pieces of the puzzle. I handle things like content writing, copywriting, microcopy, CRO, SEO, newsletters and everything e-commerce related. Other than that, I love craft beer, food, animals and people.
