I am a passionate MEP professional with over 20 years of experience in end-to-end commissioning for Residential (Apartments, Villas and Rowhouses), Infrastructure and Commercial projects. Currently, as the Assistant General Manager, MEP, I oversee L&T Realty projects in South India. Notably, at L&T flagship project, Raintree Boulevard @Bangalore, a 64-acre development, I have been part of operations starting from concept design to handover of units to residents. At present, I oversee a team of engineers for a combination of Design, Review and Execution functions. I hold the distinction of working with Consultant, Developer and Contractor firms during my different job stints.
