.... because after #EXL2025 I'm fucking exhausted lol. 

My biggest takeaways: 
- People are still breaking into #CRO. I was right about the whole "openAI and datadog acquiring testing tools = visibility and more buy in for experimentation" take 
- Experimentation is a journey, and even if you make it to level 5 of maturity, it doesn't mean you'll stay there (the roundtables were interesting to say the least) 
- Diana Jerman said something which is worth a deeper post, but make sure you aren't looking for JUST an executive sponsor, but an executive CHAMPION of experimentation. There's a subtle, but super important difference there 
- Experimentation maturity grows not just with expertise and champions and process. But time. And in B2B tech, many people don't end up staying at the same place for long enough to set roots and build a somewhat bulletproof program. Rough estimate is something like ~5 years or so to really set roots down. Don't expect if experimentation wasn't done previously to get a bulletproof program set up in 2 years. 

I'm actually really mad at myself because I forgot to get connected with all the people I chatted with at the conference. You would think after 4+ years of coming, I'd remember to connect with people who I talked to. Still making rookie mistakes.
