Workplaces today are multigenerational, and our society is more than diverse than it was 20 years ago - this gives workplaces an opportunity to be more innovative and harness the power of true diversity. However workplaces struggle to create cultures where everyone feels valued, and are able to be themselves - and without this the opportunities cannot be unlocked - and that’s where I come in. I help companies improve retention, and engagement by delivering transformative workshops, keynote talks, and consulting tailored to building inclusive, thriving workplaces. With over a decade of experience driving change and leading inclusion efforts, I’ve helped businesses like Sky achieve real impact. At Sky I founded two employee networks with 5,000+ members, spoke at the House of Lords on gender equality, and interviewed industry disrupters including Caitlin Moran and Rob Webb. My deep EDI expertise together with a skill for storytelling and media/communication experiences enables me to engage and inspire a wide range of people. Whether it is Inclusive Leadership sessions with the C-suite and middle managers, or company wide sessions to foster a culture of belonging through reflection and development - I tailor each and every session to the company and team. Each session does have one thing in common though- inspiration and heart. I believe we can all grow and contribute to a thriving more inclusive society, and this must come from the heart - only then can we make lasting change. My passion stems from my own journey of trying to fit into others’ definitions of success. Breaking free from this and building communities transformed my confidence, and I’ve seen how it unlocks potential in others.
