She has helped several corporates across India in enhancing their inclusion through Gender Sensitization Programs,  Breaking bias workshops, Allyship Awareness, and LGBTQ awareness. She has conducted diagnostics studies and surveys for understanding cultural impediments to create an inclusive culture and setting up Diversity and Inclusion Charter and Communication designs.


Her current area of interest include Diversity and Inclusion Consultant, PoSH Training, ICC Training Soft Skills Training, and  Counselling for emotional well being Leadership Development,  I have conducted over 1000 training programs across industries all over India empowering lives and unlocking human potential through classroom and outbound training, workshops, and seminars on topics ranging from Gender Sensitization to emotional intelligence, from interviewing skills to outbound experiential learning workshops, from communication skills to leadership and so on.

What I saw on Men’s Day left me thinking for hours.

On one side, there were heartwarming videos appreciating men and their contributions.

On the other, there were harsh reminders of how men should behave (almost as if every man had something to prove).

And the deeper I listened, the more I realised something uncomfortable.

We’re standing at a very confusing crossroads.

Because yes — crime against women is real.

• It’s rising.
• It’s terrifying.
• And it must be addressed with absolute seriousness.

But here’s the part no one wants to say out loud…

Just because violence exists
does not mean every man is violent.

Just because some misuse power
does not mean every man is the problem.

And just because women face injustice
does not mean misuse of the Act by 
women don't happen.

(It does — and pretending it doesn’t only makes real cases weaker.)

This bias is harming everyone.

Women who genuinely need help.
Men who are good, responsible, and respectful.
Families and workplaces that want safety without fear.

Most men I meet during training are thoughtful, supportive, and want to build a safer culture — not because laws demand it...

BUT BECAUSE dignity matters to them.

So today, I want to say this honestly:

→ Not all men are wrong.
→ Not all women are right.
→ What is always right — is fairness.

And if we want a truly safe world, we need both men and women at the table… not on opposite sides of it.

🌿 To the good men — the protectors, supporters, and quiet pillars:

Your contribution matters more than you know.

Let’s build a culture where safety isn’t a gender battle… but a shared responsibility.
