I am an Engineer by qualification, a Programmer by profession, and a Teacher by heart, I am driven by a passion for understanding client needs and finding innovative solutions to their problems. I specialize in turning client's research objectives and requirements into comprehensive surveys that can be distributed through online and offline channels. By doing so, I enable seamless data collection and analysis, helping businesses to make data-driven decisions I have a diverse background in the field, having previously worked in both Digital Marketing and Market Research industries. My professional journey has given me a wealth of experience in understanding customer needs, which is an invaluable asset in my current role as a professional in the Customer Experience (CX) or Employee Experience (EX) domain. My skills and experience in these areas have allowed me to help businesses understand and improve the customer and employee journey, resulting in increased customer and employee satisfaction. In addition to my work in survey conversion, I am also deeply interested in the field of Process Automation, Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, NLP and No-Code technologies. I am always exploring new ways to integrate these cutting-edge technologies into my work, and am constantly learning and growing my skills in these areas. As a teacher at heart, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with others. I believe in the importance of bringing awareness of technological advances to the young minds and I am always looking for opportunities to share my expertise with students and young professionals. This includes mentoring, teaching or providing guidance in the field of AI, ML, and No-Code technologies. In my free time, I enjoy a variety of activities that allow me to relax and recharge. I am an avid reader and make it a point to keep myself updated with the latest advancements in my field. Cooking and serving my loved ones is another passion of mine. I am a huge movie buff, love watching movies, listening to music and stand up comedy. I am always on the lookout for new and interesting films, and enjoy discussing them with others who share my passion. Travelling is another hobby of mine, I like to travel like a local to experience the journey rather than the destination.
