Who I am? Voluntarily advises students to find their way in the huge high-tech world and helps them write accurate resumes adapted to the high-tech market. The founder of Empowering Students with Disabilities program at Intel and Beyond. This project helped over 200 students with autism. Professional Skills: I am an experienced manager with a background in Telemetry Data Analytics, User experience, Beta Testing (Self-host), and System Engineering. With a proven track record of leading diverse teams and delivering high-quality projects within budget, my skills focus on Wireless and Digital Communication systems, Radio Frequency (RF) systems, and Platform systems Integration & Validation. My experience includes R&D, Program Management, and team & group management. Additionally, I possess exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills and am self-motivated to work independently and as part of a team. Achievements: I have received several awards, including the Intel Quality Award (IQA), Intel GRAs and DRAs, and the Israel Security Award (ISA) for Innovation at the organizational level. Volunteering: I serve as the CEO & President of a non-profit organization named 'Keruv-Levavot' in Portland. Our mission is to strengthen social and cultural connections to Israel and the broader Jewish community through civic groups. Additionally, I lead the Intel program that supports students with disabilities in the tech industry, with a particular focus on those with autism. Due to my passion for helping students, I review resumes and advise students on preparing for job interviews. In 2023, I began my voluntary role as Co-chair of the Intel CCG People With Disabilities Council. Family: My family is my most precious treasure, and I love my wife Gitit and my four kids, Lia, Yoav, Itamar & Eviatar. Hobbies: I enjoy exercising in my garage gym, running, hiking, building airplane models, and writing on LinkedIn while listening to podcasts or music.
