Wagtopia is a start-up DTC online pet supply retailer. Our core business is providing animal welfare organizations with a SaaS platform to manage their shelters + rescues. My role is to build out the consumer side and spearhead branding + marketing activities, including optimizing B2B and B2C communications to the thousands of new pet parents we see every month. Launched proprietary SaaS telehealth service to pet parents, WagtopiaMD.

•	Direct all marketing, branding, licensing and digital initiatives including website development/management, brand, trade & digital marketing, packaging development, national advertising, public relations and promotions for all brands.
•	Developed, launched and manage e-commerce sites for branded properties. This includes site design, content creation/management and merchandising.
•	Managed all marketing, strategy, execution & analytics in partnership with outside digital agency including SEO & SEM best practices, gradually increasing traffic by 200% upon ecommerce launch.
•	Lead all social media activity including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, & blogger outreach. 
•	Launched company’s first proprietary brand and built to $54 Million in 2 ½ years at Walmart. Solicit licensed partners to support brand growth through additional product categories.
•	Manage licensing relationships and outside agencies in regards to retail strategy, branded packaging, product direction, photoshoots, advertising, pr efforts for all brands, all channels including Better, Department, Mid-tier and Mass channels. 
•	Direct all collateral development & design (i.e. packaging, p-o-s materials, lookbooks). 
•	Conceptualize and create presentations for new brand and new product pitches; Strategize with business development team to develop activities that facilitate account sell-in.  
•	Partner with Product Development and Production to ensure all product activities are within scope of brand image and direction; Communicate with Hong Kong office and overseas factories/suppliers to ensure development timetables, budgetary and deadlines are achieved.

Marketing Director

Manage all marketing activities including co-op advertising, public relations and promotions for licensed brands.  Manage all collateral development &amp; design (i.e. packaging, p-o-s materials) for licensed brands and manage related graphic artists.  Conceptualize and create presentations for new brand and new product pitches; Strategize with business development team to develop activities that facilitate account sell-in.  Partner with Merchandising and Production to ensure all product development activities are within scope of brand image and direction; Manage licensing calendar; liaise with Licensors to ensure adherence to licensing contracts.  Communicate with Hong Kong office and overseas factories/suppliers to ensure development timetables and deadlines are achieved.
