By encouraging simple, effective "Movement Snacks", I empower people to reduce sedentary time, alleviate stress, and boost overall wellbeing.💚 🕺Why Movement Snacks? 💃 In our fast-paced, technology-driven world, many of us spend hours sitting at desks, leading to various health issues. Movement snacks - short bursts of physical activity throughout the day - offer a practical solution. These mini-breaks can significantly improve focus, cognitive function, physical health, and mental wellbeing.💙 ⭐️Why Choose Me? ⭐️ Several years ago, I found myself on the brink of physical and mental exhaustion when I worked as a Lawyer. Sleepless nights 😴, constant stress 🤯, and a never-ending workload had taken a toll on my wellbeing, which led to me having a life-changing accident, shortly followed by a cancer diagnosis. It was during this challenging time that I discovered the transformative power of movement💡. You see, I was like you - I didn't have 'time' to do exercise. However, I soon realised that if I didn't make time for movement, I'd have to make time for illness.😷 My journey began with tiny, manageable steps - short walks before work, squats when I was brushing my teeth, using the stairs whenever possible, dancing around the kitchen when cooking dinner, and taking my kettle bell with me when I was making a cuppa 💃 As I committed to these Movement Snacks, I noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels ⚡️, mood 😄, and overall performance 👌. Movement became my sanctuary, a way to disconnect in order to reconnect. This personal transformation inspired me to train as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Consultant. I started sharing my story and the strategies that helped me recover 💚. I design and deliver wellness programmes that get people moving more 🚶‍♀️and eating better🍲 . Whether it's through corporate workshops, 121 coaching, or public speaking engagements 🔊, my goal is to enpower others to incorporate movement snacks into their daily routines, without it taking up any time.⏳️ 💬Let's Connect!
