Major achievements 

Path to purchase understanding for tech brand 

A path to purchase, conversion gaps and structured equation touchpoint impact modelling amongst recent buyers of the category in the US.   

Impact: Based on our recommendations we worked with wider WPP colleagues and the client to agree on shifting their advertising spend to target a younger demographic in order to counteract the competition.   This also led to Kantar being commissioned by the client to roll out the project to multiple other markets.

Kantar Retail is the world leading retail and shopper consultancy utilising the latest thinking and techniques to ensure our clients win at retail. The Shopper Insights team is an ad-hoc research team specialising in understanding shoppers to enable our clients to sell more profitability.

My role entails end to end project responsibilities, client development, business development and team management. 
•	Managing and growing our current client base through excellent project delivery, insight generation, presentation and consultation.
•	Creating and responding to new opportunities with new and existing clients.
•	Developing the skill set within our small team, including line management.
•	Creating efficiencies within the team to deliver better, more accurate results to our clients.

•	Full ownership and management of a 20 market retail exit interview programme
•	Designing and implementing a full in-house reporting tool for my multiple clients using Tableau – collaborating with multi agencies and data sets.

•	Delivering a 12 market, 1 hour long, face to face Usage & Attitude interviewing over 30,000 consumers for a mobile manufacturer. 
•	Numerous ad-hoc U&A and shopper projects for our key clients delivered on time and within budget.

Walnut is a consumer neuroscience consultancy that uses the latest developments in neuroscience to understand consumer decision-making.  

My role as the company secretary included maintaining the company accounts, ensuring VAT returns were delivered on time and hosted the quarterly board meetings. I also assisted in the sale of the business to Creston Unlimited for an undisclosed sum.
