Having worked across client side, agency side as well as public bodies in the area of data, analytics and insights, I have helped organisations use data to deliver results. I have worked as a researcher and analyst to being on the board of organisation, so understand the detail and bigger picture of what an organisation is hoping to achieve. I have always had to create and grow teams in all my roles, from growing and running a data and insights division for a large agency of over 100 people to creating my own data science team of around 35. Currently, CEO of Be Data Solutions, Managing Director of Subatomic Analytics as well as advising a Cyber Security startup, on their product and AI capabilities and serving as the Chief Data Scientist at Tribal Worldwide London. I enjoy helping companies use data and advanced analytical techniques to run a better organisation. I love working with analysts, strategists, creatives and techies, getting my hands dirty optimising analytical methodologies, brainstorming solutions, or sitting at the board with C-suite to help them determine how they can realise their vision and help them create a strategy to deliver it. I'm ultimately an academic who loves working in a commercial setting, driving results, change and innovation.
