As a founding member and acting VP Operation-Tech Pro Studio there are lots of new things everyday but from them few of my key responsibilities are -  
•	Setting up challenging cross-functional goals that support the organizational goals and strategies.
•	Integrating functional strategies, utilizing business expertise to reach financial and operational objectives.
•	Researching and developing new strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
•	Deploying resources to meet financial forecast and business objectives.
•	Developing plans for managing/retaining talent inside organization and guiding them for improving leadership strength.
•	Developing operational functions essential for increasing organization productivity such as product promotion and placement.
•	Evaluating and establishing standards and guideline that are to be followed by all operational departments.
•	Monitoring company policies and developing new operational procedures for Tech Pro Studio to increase organizational efficiency.

Co-Founder & VP Operation

Working with the management team, to contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.

Roles:
•	Improving the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- 
        specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business 
        process and organizational planning.
•	Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the 
        management team.
•	Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR & IT), through 
        improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and 
        business functions.
•	Development of individual program budgets.
•	Invoicing to funding sources, including calculation of completed units of service.
•	Regular meetings with Executive Director around fiscal planning.
•	Supervise and coach office manager on a weekly basis.

Head Of Operations

Accountable for managing the delivery of critical projects, and for providing managerial support for all the projects conducted by the company. Also responsible for providing monthly financial and technical updates of any known issues/risks to Senior Management.

Roles:

•	Responsible for costing, estimating and planning projects.
•	Preparing Project Initiation documentation.
•	Responsible for ensuring best value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of 
        internal and external resources.
•	Maintaining and completing Project Key Performance Indicators.
•	Writing detailed and summarized project progress reports.
•	Identifying, costing and processing any contract change request (CR).
•	Tracking activities against the detailed project plans.
•	Monitoring actual expenditure figures against project budgets.
•	Producing accurate financial reports.
•	Organizing and facilitating Project Steering / Operating Stakeholders meetings.

Senior Project Manager

Responsible for client progress meetings on and off site, cost control, invoicing, variation claims, invoice payment resolution and conditions of contract. Also worked closely with other departmental managers to promote overall company effectiveness.
