Hello Folks, I am a Passionate HR professional with 5+ years of experience in Human Resource Management, currently contributing as an HR Manager - Culture and Growth at Upsquare Solutions Pvt. Ltd. In this role, I handle onboarding, employee engagement, growth strategies, legal actions, exit formalities, payroll processing, team management and some parts of recruitment. My Previous roles include Human Resource Generalist at Hike Branding and Let's Nurture Infotech, where I managed various HR functions, including induction, employee engagement, payroll, CSR activities, and performance appraisal. Additionally, I used to organize events and tech meetups, contributing to branding and content marketing. I also hold an M.B.A. with Distinction from Gujarat Technological University and a B.COM degree with First Class from Gujarat University.
