As the Director of Operations at Weee!, a Series E online grocery delivery company, I lead all Delivery operations utilizing in house delivery drivers and 3rd party vendors. I have P&L ownership and coaching high performance teams. I also manage all relationships with Fedex, UPS, USPS, and regional carriers, and oversee a delivery fleet of about 200 vans. With over 9 years of overall work experience and a master's degree in supply chain management, I have a strong background in logistics, materials, and supply chain management. I have successfully launched Weee! Logistics operations in LA and New Jersey, and previously led the inbound and outbound delivery operations for DHL Express in Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia. I have multiple certifications in software testing and database fundamentals, and analytical skills, reporting, and analysis are some of my core competencies.
