Over the past 6 years, I have developed expertise in the design of complex systems, machines, & interactions with ease. A manufacturing engineer, with a Masters from IIT Bombay, & training in Qualitative Research Methodologies from the London School of Economics, I have taken up roles from Designing to Managing Products. I enjoy managing & leading the early stage of research & development using a user-centered approach to problem-solving. I excel in the use of different Root-cause analysis techniques, system dynamics modeling, Value proposition mapping & evaluating the Product-Market fit. My passion for structured design & user research has been honed through years of experience, & exposure to high-impact government & privately funded projects, including my work on India's first Mission Critical Communications Application for Metro Trains, which has now been adopted by Major Metro Services across Mumbai, Pune, Banglore, Chennai, Nagpur & Dhakka. With the latest deployment approved for Noida Int'l Airport. I have rich experience in identifying value propositions, creating MVP specifications, developing Strategy Roadmaps based on user experience, implementing value-sensitive design, discovering unmet consumer & user needs, & designing user research studies for diverse user groups, including those at the base of the pyramid. During my Masters, I was awarded the prestigious 'Tata Fellowship' for Technology Design & Development & one of the 5 'Outstanding Graduating Student Awards' by the Director on the Institute Valedictory Function'17. Currently, I am driving innovation at FormFour Systems, where I'm leading the development of a cutting-edge platform for condition monitoring of business-critical machines. Leveraging my knowledge in Fracture mechanics & Vibration analysis, I have developed 2 models that transform streams of industrial machine data into actionable insights for on-site teams that enables decisions to minimize machine downtime, fault troubleshooting time & enable the operation of machines at optimum energy efficiency, resulting in significant energy savings & a true sustainability at scale. In addition to my work at FormFour, I am thrilled by recent developments in Broad AI, especially the models with creative applications. I am exploring the core concepts around ethical AI design & the paradigm shift required by Product teams to design AI-powered solutions that are transparent, accountable, unbiased, & protect user privacy.
