With several years of experience in the education industry, I am a strategic and empathetic leader who is passionate about designing and delivering impactful learning experiences for diverse and inclusive audiences. As previous Senior Manager of Student Recruitment and Admissions at Lighthouse Labs, and the Registrar at Ashton College, I collaborated with cross-functional teams to plan, budget, project, and forecast the course of business for a given year while creating and proposing strategies that improved both fiscal and business outlooks. I also directly worked with senior leadership on issues, roadblocks, prospects, and growth opportunities, and trained and supported my direct reports on student nurture and accommodations, including accessibility and learning needs.
