I never wanted to make brands louder. I wanted to make them make sense.I didn’t start in marketing because it's trendy. I’ve been thinking about this for a bit.

I used to talk a lot about personal branding (frankly, I'm kind of over it.)

It's not that I regret it. That phase did teach me a lot about:

- Branding perception. 
- Personal storytelling.
- How people decide what (and who) is “worth paying attention to.”

Lately, I feel like I have officially moved on.

Along the way, I stepped down as co-founder of The Brand Salt — an agency I poured a lot into and will always be proud of.

But, it gave me the mental space to think less about building myself and more about understanding the work.

I’m way more interested in why marketing works than how to “optimize” myself.

I’ve been spending more time learning than teaching.

So, this is a quiet, but very needed, change from:

“How to grow on LinkedIn" → “What I’m learning about marketing, branding, culture, and why certain ideas stick.”

This is not a "new year, new me" trend. It's a change I want to bring for myself.

So, if you’re here for hacks and templates? I’ll probably disappoint you, respectfully.
