-	Lead several project implementations both locally and internationally, right from the start of the client engagement to getting them into a live state and transitioning them over to the Customer Success Team.

- Worked with Scotiabank as the on-site consultant carrying out migrations (SAS to Unica) for the response measurement processes to support better automation, successfully completing the migration as well as implementation, of further campaigns building robust automated processes for response measurement and integrating the output to automated reports.
- Assisted Scotiabank's EDW production support team to design a solution for architectural changes in the Unica environments leading to better utilization of the tool through collaboration between multiple teams.
