Founder of Ranganrityam, a brand focused on providing custom-made Indian contemporary wear and exceptional customer service. Graduated from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Chennai in 2019 with a Bachelor's of Fashion Design. Chosen to showcase my collection on the runway at the Asian Designer Week 2019, New Delhi. My work at Grazia India, Renasci Fashion House, and with my own brand, Ranganrityam, has given me highly valuable experience and skills - design process, merchandising, fabric, market research, trend analysis, fashion forecasting, styling , creative ideation (resulting in the creation of my own portfolio of sketches for designs), working with and supervising teams, communicating with clients, sampling, and production. Starting my own brand in particular taught me how to start and run a business from scratch, communicate with vendors and local artists, understand and deliver to client expectations, market my brand on social media, and business development and planning. In addition to the above, I bring to the table a love for fashion that began during my childhood, an enthusiasm for working hands-on with people, and an on-the-ground knowledge of trends, customer expectations, and the merchandising pipeline.
