Account Executive (EMEA)

Whatfix is the #1 Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) for Enterprises. It is integrated as a layer on top of other software applications, which helps users navigate through their application and guides them in completing their tasks, by providing Interactive and Contextual walkthroughs inside the web application at the exact time when the task is being performed.

In my role : 
• Implemented subject matter expertise and was the face of Whatfix across the DAP awareness, interest and desire phases of the sales cycle.
• Elevated account level sales cycle from Opportunity generation to Product demo to Advanced Sales Stages (ex. to a Proof of Concept, technical evaluation, RFI, etc.)
• Led advanced discoveries and stakeholder mapping exercises
• Sourced and generated over $1.5 M ARR through outbound efforts.

Digital Adoption Strategist (EMEA)

In my role :
• One of the first to drive the newly introduced GTM motion. Implemented and facilitated new strategies and processes.
• Sourced outbound opportunities that generated $200K ARR.
• Multifaceted approach to source opportunities - Outbound, Inbound, Events and 1:1 Meetings. 
• Was a part of buddy program to train new sales professionals and provided coaching as needed to maintain company sales success.
