-Building a reseller program for Haptik in SEA and ANZ & additionally India from this quarter. 
-Engage with our technology partners in the APAC region.
-Design the acquisition, onboarding , training and engagement journey of partners in the region
Have clear deliverables in terms of pipeline and revenue numbers that the partners contribute to each region

Achievements
-Onboarded 5 resellers/SI in SEA & ANZ region from scratch. This was all through outbound motion.
-Partnerships went from 0 to contributing to 30% of the pipeline for the region

Senior Manager,SI partnerships(APAC & MEA)

Chargebee

-Building a channel partner program for Chargebee, for accounting and finance professionals, marketing  agencies and consulting partners.
-Design metrics and recruit partners who can partner with Chargebee and  help them drive business, value and growth.
-Onboarding and training of new partners who are joining the partner program.
-Work on putting together systems and processes to streamline the onboarding, recruitment, lead management.
- Actively managing 30+active partners

Achievements-
- Part of the Presidents club-2020 for overachieving my target
- Onboarded 65 partners into Chargebee and overachieved the partner derived pipeline ( 227%)
- Have created Robust systems for partner onboarding, enablement, co-selling/co-marketing motion and  operations.

Partner Specialist

- Was responsible for building the sales pipeline across geographies: APAC and Europe predominantly
- Educate and nurture prospects, understand their workflows, share what Chargebee does and assist them in identifying how it can help them.
-Liaison with the marketing team and give inputs region specific on marketing campaigns that work, and the ones that don't.
-Responsible for sharing best practices with the team and the new joinees.

Sales Development Representative

KIARO FOODS 

Increase Market penetration of the brand KIARO in Hyderabad and Bangalore. 
Overseeing the sales cycle, from lead generation to subsequent registration in the subscription model on a month on month basis. 
Managing a team of 5 sales executives, 2 Marketing Executives and 1 digital marketing executive .Was also overall incharge of the operations team which consisted of 4 executives and 40 delivery boys.
Overseeing the MRF, B2B  and Direct to home channels across Hyderabad and Bangalore. 
Budgeting, Planning and executing the ATL, TTL and BTL programs for KIARO Foods.
Involved in New product development, ideation, market research and planning.
Involved in building of a rider, customer and billing app, to automate the entire cycle, from delivery of milk to billing. Coordination with the IT team for building it both in the IOS and Android platform.
