- Designed and developed a cross-platform mobile app for the company’s logistics system. The app served as a one stop reporting solution for the company's fleet of drivers so as to catalog their actions and optimize the company’s delivery processes.
- Engineered a Customer Retention System as an implementation of state machines. The system consolidated personalized emails, SMS and push notifications under one umbrella, easing customer outreach and retention.
- Developed a cross-platform app to optimize order, shipment and inventory management, making the company’s 1-Hour delivery promise a reality in one of the most densely populated cities in the world (Dhaka).
- Took charge of mobile user acquisition and growth targets during the company’s participation in Y Combinator S15 batch. Created a cross-platform app for ordering groceries. Contributed to a 400% growth in business over a span of 3 months.
- Bootstrapped development of the motorbike-hailing app Chalao, an Uber-like service for Dhaka city. Laid down foundations for an easy-to-develop UI and future iterations with fully automated over-the-air updates.

- Conceived and implemented the project’s client-side and server-side architecture.

- Worked as part of the core development team for CallApp, contributing to growth in the app’s number of downloads from 0.5 to 5 million over a span of 6 months.
- Liaised with the Product Manager to create various new features like Call Blocker, 2-digit Speed Dialer and Personalised Birthday Greetings. The birthday greetings feature ended up engaging about a 1,00,000 users on a monthly basis.
